    慢跑日记之一

    五一假期的时候,又开始慢跑。说是慢跑,我自己觉得也不是很慢。还是得相对论一下。没别的目的,就是为了减肥,每天50分钟,7公里左右。但我发现五六天下来,好像身上肉没少,反而看着比以前还多,感觉也比以前多。去年开始跑的时候好像也是这种感觉,当时有点小奇怪,但也没在意;今年又出现这种情况,看来也许是个规律,是正常的现象。

    得继续,不能间断。不过要考虑改变一下路线了。一直想着跑到天安门再转回来的,但是长安街正在为60年大庆修人行道,翻得是乱七八糟的。但是路灯比以前亮多了,晚上11点多还跟平时7、8点似的,这一点倒是不错。看看他们修路的进度吧。

    跑步减肥不多少,我每次去健身房跑3000米,秤一下体重也就下降不到1斤。

    或者光华路的使馆区也不错。
